What Our Return Policy Covers

We offer a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returns are accepted for items that are unworn, unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be included

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non‑returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@bnmhealth.com.

All returns must be shipped to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Timeline

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing

  • Refunds typically appear within 10 business days after approval

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@bnmhealth.com


Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest method is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Method of Refund

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
